Live sessions:

Welcome: live IFS sessions in Utrecht

at the Loeff Berchmakerstraat 5 B, 3512 TC.

The studio is located a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
Parking: a 7-minute walk away, at Hopakker or in the nearby parking garage in Kroonstraat. For €6 / day you can park at one of Utrecht's transferium locations, including public transport to Neude / Loeff Berchmakerstraat.

Adult: €90 / session (1 hour)*

Parent & child: €75 / session (1 hour)*

*All prices include 21% VAT

*Cancelling: within 48 hours, otherwise €60 will be charged.

IFS and music:

You don't need to have any experience with musical instruments or with your singing voice. I am happy to support you during the musical process, so that you can express the parts in an intuitive way.

These sessions are only possible live, at the studio in Utrecht: Loeff Berchmakerstraat.

IFS-session: approximately 50 minutes followed by +/- 25 minutes of musical expression

Walk & Talk coaching:

For anyone who'd like to combine a coaching session with movement in the outdoors.
Movement can can be helpful to keep the inner process flowing.
Walking in nature, in the area around Utrecht and Culemborg.
Especially for all parts that love movement ; )

€ 90 / session of 1 hour (+/- 3 miles)*

€ 120 / session of 2 hours (+/- 6 miles)*

Online sessions:

Online IFS sessions are also possible,

via Zoom.
